Q: As I parent, how do I order photos of my child?
A: (1) You may preview our samples on this website and use our Shopping
Cart to make your purchase. Then, on the day of your child's photographs,
bring your completed print out to the photo shoot. (2) You may always
manually fill out your paper order form and pay by cash or check at the photo
shoot on your child's picture day.
Q: Can I make my purchase on-line?
A: Yes. Return to the Main Page and create an account or simply log-in.
Q: Can I pay by check on the day of the shoot?
A: Yes, you may pay by cash, check or money order. Make checks
payable to SPORTS IMAGE. In order to keep costs down, we do not
accept credit or debit cards on location, but you can by credit or debit cards
on this site.
Q: What if I forget to bring my paper order form or payment with me
to the shoot?
A: Sports Image will provide a registration table and a customer service
representative at all shoots. You may get a new order form at the shoot
and arrange a mail-in payment option with our representative.
Q: What if I forget to bring my printed-out order form that I completed
on-line with me to the shoot?
A: It is imperative that you bring this print out with you to the shoot. But
in the unlikely event you forget, Sports Image will provide a registration
table and a customer service representative at all shoots to assist you.
Q: How long will I have to wait at the shoot before my child's
photo is taken?
A: Sports Image prides itself in not only providing a quality photograph,
but doing this in an efficient manner. If you arrive 10 minutes prior
to your photo time to register, your child's photo WILL be taken on time,
according to a predetermined schedule.
Q: What if my child cannot make the scheduled photo shoot?
A: If you miss the shoot, Sports Image will make arrangements to reshoot
your child. We do not offer a studio as we shoot all photos on location. However,
we will either come to your athletic fields to do a make-up or inform you as
to when and where we will be taking other photos in your area.
Q: As a parent, how will I receive my child's photos?
A: In most cases, all photos are delivered to the league in order to
keep shipping costs down. The league, in turn, will distribute the photos
to the coaches who will hand them out to the children. In some cases,
the league has arranged with Sports Image to mail the photos directly to the
homes. This, however, results in additional shipping charges.
Q: What if my child's photo order is incorrect?
A: In each child's packet of photos you will find a reorder form
with our company information. Simply call our office or contact us through
our website and we will arrange to print any missing or incorrect items at
no charge to you. These reorders will be mailed directly to your home.
Q: What if I never received the photos I paid for?
A: First, check with your child's coach. Most times, the
coach will have your son or daughters photos. Second, check with a league
representative. Perhaps the photos are being held until a time determined
by the league. Finally, if you have asked the coach and your league and
still do not attain your photos, call our office or contact us through our
website and we will reprint your photos at no charge and have them mailed directly
to your home.
Q: What if my child blinked or I am simply unhappy with my photos?
A: Sports Image prides itself in providing a quality photo to each of
our customers. Unfortunately, there are the rare occasions when a customer
is unhappy. Simply return the photos to our office and we will send you
a refund for your photos and reimburse you for any shipping charges. You
may also set up a reshoot with our office.
Q: As a parent, when should I expect to receive my child's photos?
A: Sports Image will deliver all photos to your league within 21-28
days of the shoot. The league will them deliver the photos to the children
in a timely manner. If your league requires home mailing of all photos,
you should receive them at your home within 21-28 days of the shoot.
Q: I love my child's photos and want to reorder more photos, what
do I do?
A: In each child's photo packet, you will find a reorder form. You
may call our office and place a new order; you may mail in the reorder form;
or you may fax us the reorder form. Once we receive your payment through
the mail, we will process your reorder. You may also contact customer service
